This Poolside Cottage is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by farmland, yet still within a few minutes to the nearest shopping center. With a fenced in pool, enclosed sunroom, large lawn, and spacious floor plan, you're family is sure to have the perfect balance between relaxation and activities. The main floor of the house boasts a spacious living room with large windows, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen. Leading to the back of the house, you'll find a spacious sunroom with comfortable furniture to relax and watch the pool.
A door from the sunroom leads our to the fenced in pool (which can be locked to ensure that children don't unknowingly find their way to the pool). The pool is surrounded by a large patio space with lounge chairs and a grill. Along with this already outstanding backyard space, you're welcome to use the additional acre of lawn space to play an additional games with your family!

This multi-level home features a spacious floor plan for the whole family to enjoy.
Upon entering, you'll find a Queen Bedroom, half bath, and laundry room followed by the main living area a few steps up from the lower level.
The upper level of the home is where you'll find the remaining beds and baths. With one queen room, a 2-twin room, full bathroom, and queen bedroom with attached private bath, your family is sure to stay close yet maintain privacy during your stay.

House Rules
The neighborhood is a peaceful place, and respect is appreciated on that behalf. Our requirement is no loud parties, loud music, disturbances or drugs, keep alcohol in moderation on the property.
Please drive under 15mph when entering the neighborhood.
We do not allow weddings or large events at the property, however if you are looking to have a retreat or a family gathering, please feel free to inquire.
Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes are not allowed.
Commercial photography and filming is not allowed.
We do not allow pets. If there is any evidence that guests have brought a pet along with them during their stay, the guest is subject to extra charges for breaking house rules.
We take pride in maintaining a beautiful property for our guests to enjoy. We understand that accidents happen, so if damage occurs on the property during your stay, we ask that you be courteous enough to let us know so that we can prepare well for the next guest stay. We collect a security deposit at the time of booking, which will be returned between 7-14 business days after checking out, assuming that no damages were done to the property.
