We're Alex and Juliana, a husband-wife team dedicated to creating memorable and excellent short-term and vacation rental experiences for our guests.

We are property managers who love working in the short-term rental space. We want to provide you with a stay that is worth a 5 star rating. We are passionate about hospitality and we know how the little details go a long way.

While we're based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, we host guests at properties we manage throughout Pennsylvania and are always looking to expand. If you or someone you know has a Short Term Rental property on the East Coast in need of management, we would be happy to talk.

What is your cancellation policy?Cancellation Policy: 100% refund of amount payable minus service fees if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. 50% refund of amount payable (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

We have a vacation rental and we're looking for a property manager. Will you work with us?We love meeting new people and traveling to new places, so we are always open to the conversation. Reach out so we can determine if we're a good fit for you and your property?

What if we accidentally damage something while staying at one of your properties?You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. We collect a security deposit at the time of booking and if everything gets cleared by our inspectors after your stay, the security deposit will be returned within 14 days of your checkout. The security deposit will be kept if damage is incurred during your stay or if house rules are not followed.

Why should we book on your website vs. booking through Airbnb / VRBO?OTA's (Online Travel Agents) like VRBO & Airbnb are great places to book your stays, however when you book with us directly, we can save you 15-20% off what you would be paying when booking through them. They take a cut in exchange for using their platforms, so when guests are looking to save some money, we always recommend booking with us directly.

Why do your prices vary depending on the night of the week and time of the year?Our prices vary by night based on a number of factors that ultimately boil down to demand. These factors include seasonality, time of the week, and local events in the area.

Do you have local recommendations?Yes, we have custom made digital guidebooks for each of our properties so that you know what the area has to offer and you can experience some of our favorite local spots!

When do we receive our check-in instructions?We'll send you everything you need to know on the morning of your arrival!
