OTA's (Online Travel Agents) like VRBO & Airbnb are great places to book your stays, however when you book with us directly, we can save you 15-20% off what you would be paying when booking through them. They take a cut in exchange for using their platforms, so when guests are looking to save some money, we always recommend booking with us directly.

Yes, we have custom made digital guidebooks for each of our properties so that you know what the area has to offer and you can experience some of our favorite local spots!

Cancellation Policy:

100% refund of amount payable minus service fees if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

50% refund of amount payable (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. We collect a security deposit at the time of booking and if everything gets cleared by our inspectors after your stay, the security deposit will be returned within 14 days of your checkout. The security deposit will be kept if damage is incurred during your stay or if house rules are not followed.
