Each of the four light filled bedrooms is furnished with comfortable mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep. The three full bathrooms are clean and equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels, toiletries, and hairdryers.

The master bedroom (bedroom 1) has a King size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a Roku TV and a full size closet. Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 all have comfortable Queen size beds.

There are also two more full bathrooms - one off the kitchen and one back the hallway between the bedrooms. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor, making it easy access for everyone.

"This was such a beautiful place to stay for our friends weekend getaway! The house was gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and had every single amenity you could ever need while traveling. The location was incredible, with sweeping views of rolling hills and farm lands. We had coffee with the cows next door every morning. It was so close to all of the local Amish attractions and great local food places, we had a blast exploring the area. Juliana was so responsive and friendly. She had snacks and Whoopie pies waiting for us when we arrived. Our stay was out of the pool season but the backyard with the pool looks like an absolute blast and we can’t wait to return!"

House Rules

The neighborhood is a peaceful place, and respect is appreciated on that behalf. Our requirement is no loud parties, loud music, disturbances or drugs, keep alcohol in moderation on the property.

We do not allow weddings or large events at the property, however if you are looking to have a retreat or a family gathering, please feel free to inquire.

Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes are not allowed.

Commercial photography and filming is not allowed.

Swim at your own risk, we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that happen.

We do allow pets, but we ask that you do not leave them unattended in the house. We have dog crates in the garage for you to use while you are away from the house.

We take pride in maintaining a beautiful property for our guests to enjoy. We understand that accidents happen, so if damage occurs on the property during your stay, we ask that you be courteous enough to let us know so that we can prepare well for the next guest stay. We collect a security deposit at the time of booking, which will be returned between 7-14 business days after checking out, assuming that no damages were done to the property.
