Each covered wagon offers its own experience and location on the land, and guests enjoy access only to the amenities assigned to the wagon they book—ensuring every stay feels quiet, secluded, and thoughtfully designed for a peaceful escape.

Guest Access
There are three covered wagons at Summit Hill Retreat scattered throughout 40 acres. We've got marked trails & lights leading up to each wagon. We just ask that you are respectful to our other guests & don't walk into their space. There is plenty of other trails you can walk on. We have maps available (with photos on listing) to guide you to your wagon & also of the trails you can walk. Please note, there is a small walk to the wagon from the parking area.
COMING SOON: We will have a common space with a mini store for you to purchase items, pickle ball court & much more. Think of it as a campground, but just a lot more privacy between the campsites.

House Rules
The neighborhood is a peaceful place, and respect is appreciated on that behalf. Our requirement is no loud parties, loud music, disturbances or drugs, keep alcohol in moderation on the property.
Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes are not allowed.
Commercial photography and filming is not allowed.
While we do allow pets, we ask that you only bring 1 pet due to the size of the wagon. We also ask that they DO NOT climb onto any furniture or lay on any of our blankets. We do our best to keep fresh whites in this wagon & your corporation is greatly appreciated.
We take pride in maintaining a beautiful property for our guests to enjoy. We understand that accidents happen, so if damage occurs on the property during your stay, we ask that you be courteous enough to let us know so that we can prepare well for the next guest stay. We collect a security deposit at the time of booking, which will be returned between 7-14 business days after checking out, assuming that no damages were done to the property.
