Upon entry, you'll find an open concept living room / dining room space. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a Roku Smart TV to allow you to login to your favorite streaming accounts. Off of the dining area is a small powder room. Leading into the kitchen you'll find a coffee bar, a fully stocked kitchen and stainless steel appliances. The back door located in the kitchen leads out onto the back patio where raised beds host fresh herbs and beautiful flowers throughout the spring and summer months. The fully fenced in backyard is a quiet and spacious place to unwind.
On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, a TV and a closet. The full size bath with a tub / shower combo is also located on the second floor.
On the third floor, you will find the second bedroom tucked away with a queen size bed.
Laundry is located in the basement. Parking is on street parking with no designated spot, but often plenty of options are available within the block.

House Rules
The neighborhood is a peaceful place, and respect is appreciated on that behalf. Our requirement is no loud parties, loud music, disturbances or drugs, keep alcohol in moderation on the property.
Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes are not allowed.
Commercial photography and filming is not allowed.
We do allow pets on the property for an additional fee, but no pets on the furniture. Do not leave pets unattended - we provide a large crate for you to use when you are not at the house but your pet is.
We take pride in maintaining a beautiful property for our guests to enjoy. We understand that accidents happen, so if damage occurs on the property during your stay, we ask that you be courteous enough to let us know so that we can prepare well for the next guest stay. We collect a security deposit at the time of booking, which will be returned between 7-14 business days after checking out, assuming that no damages were done to the property.
