The neighborhood is peaceful, and guests are expected to be respectful
No loud parties, loud music, disturbances, or drug use allowed
Alcohol should be kept in moderation on the property
Weddings and large events are not permitted
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not allowed
Commercial photography and filming is not allowed
Pets are allowed for an additional fee
Maximum of 3 pets allowed per stay
Pets are not allowed on furniture
Guests must clean up after pets in the yard
The yard is not fenced in
We take pride in maintaining a beautiful property for our guests to enjoy. We understand that accidents happen, so if damage occurs on the property during your stay, we ask that you be courteous enough to let us know so that we can prepare well for the next guest stay. We collect a security deposit at the time of booking, which will be returned between 7-14 business days after checking out, assuming that no damages were done to the property.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in this cabin. Two bedrooms have king beds and the bunk room has 2 bunk beds which each have a full mattress on the bottom bunk and a twin mattress on the top bunk. This house can sleep 10 people.
