The neighborhood is peaceful, and guests are expected to respect the quiet environment
No loud parties, loud music, disturbances, or illegal drugs allowed
Alcohol must be kept in moderation on the property

Pets are not allowed on the property to maintain a pet-free, allergy-friendly environment
We take pride in maintaining a beautiful property for our guests to enjoy. We understand that accidents happen, so if damage occurs on the property during your stay, we ask that you be courteous enough to let us know so that we can prepare well for the next guest stay. We collect a security deposit at the time of booking, which will be returned between 7-14 business days after checking out, assuming that no damages were done to the property.
Accommodations
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in this cabin. Two bedrooms have king beds and the bunk room has 2 bunk beds which each have a full mattress on the bottom bunk and a twin mattress on the top bunk. This house can sleep 10 people.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and offers a peaceful retreat with a large king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite master bathroom. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a large floating tub, a towel warmer, a double vanity, and a private toilet room with a bidet and pedestal sink. The walk-in closet also has a connecting door to the bunk room hallway.
The bunk room sleeps up to 4 guests. On the first floor, the master bathroom is the only full-size bathroom; however, there is also a separate half bathroom available for guest use.
On the second floor, there are two additional bedroom options. At the top of the stairs to the left is a queen-size bedroom with a large closet that includes a pack-n-play for guest use. This room also features a rocking chair, making it ideal for families with infants.
Further down the hall is the second full bathroom. The final bedroom includes two queen-size beds along with a private powder room, offering added convenience and privacy for guests staying in this room.

Legacy Lane Retreat is a large family home surrounded by farmland views. The house sits on a hill overlooking the pasture and a small fishing pond. At the bottom of the hill, you will find newly restored tennis courts along with pickleball nets and a shuffleboard area.The master bedroom is a private retreat featuring a walk-in shower, a floating tub, a towel warmer, and a bidet.Upon entering the home, you are welcomed by a large staircase leading to built-in bookshelves filled with reading material for guests. To the right of the entryway is a poker lounge with a poker table and leather sofa, designed for entertainment and friendly competition.Further inside, the home offers a spacious kitchen fully stocked for cooking meals, along with generous space for family gatherings. A bright breakfast nook sits just off the kitchen, surrounded by windows that bring in natural light year-round. Large floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the patio, pasture, and fishing pond.The home also includes a formal dining room and a spacious living room with a large U-shaped sectional, a 70" Smart TV, and an electric fireplace. The living space is bright and open, creating a comfortable area for relaxation and entertainment.In the unfinished basement, there is a recreation room featuring a pool table, ping pong table, basketball shooting game, and a projector screen for movie nights.The outdoor space includes a large patio with lounge seating, a fire table, and a dining area overlooking the pasture. A firepit area with Adirondack chairs and café lighting sits further down the yard. There is also a children’s playset, a large open yard, and a picnic area near the trees. Seasonal views include goats grazing in the pasture and catch-and-release fishing in the pond.The property also features fully restored sports facilities, including tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a shuffleboard area, with all equipment stored in the garage.
