The neighborhood is peaceful, and guests are expected to respect the quiet environment
No loud parties, loud music, disturbances, or illegal drugs allowed
Alcohol must be kept in moderation on the property
Weddings and large events are not permitted
Retreats or family gatherings may be allowed upon inquiry
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited
Commercial photography and filming are not allowed
Pets are not allowed on the property to maintain a pet-free, allergy-friendly environment
Other animals are also not permitted to ensure the safety of the sheep in the pasture
We take pride in maintaining a beautiful property for our guests to enjoy. We understand that accidents happen, so if damage occurs on the property during your stay, we ask that you be courteous enough to let us know so that we can prepare well for the next guest stay. We collect a security deposit at the time of booking, which will be returned between 7-14 business days after checking out, assuming that no damages were done to the property.
Accommodations
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in this cabin. Two bedrooms have king beds and the bunk room has 2 bunk beds which each have a full mattress on the bottom bunk and a twin mattress on the top bunk. This house can sleep 10 people.
On the first floor, there is a master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom.On the second floor, guests are welcomed by a small sitting area that overlooks sheep grazing in the pasture out back. At the top of the stairs, there is a full bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combination and a large vanity.The second floor includes four spacious bedrooms, each designed with its own unique style and filled with natural light. Every bedroom includes a bed, dresser, and nightstands, all handcrafted by the homeowner specifically for this property.There are three king bedrooms on the second floor and one bedroom with two queen beds. The dining tables, beds, nightstands, and dressers throughout the home are handmade, adding a personal and distinctive character to the space.

Come stay at this peaceful little cabin located just 10 minutes away from the lovely town of Jim Thorpe. This is the perfect spot for your family to have a weekend getaway. It is nestled into the woods, yet just minutes from the shops and restaurants in downtown Jim Thorpe. Enjoy the cozy cabin with a cup of coffee from the well-stocked coffee bar, or relax outdoors with your family around a peaceful campfire.
This home was professionally designed and furnished with large families in mind. Upon entering the 5,000 sq ft home, you are welcomed by a large, well-stocked kitchen with a dining table for twelve. The bright and airy kitchen includes a coffee bar, brand new appliances, and dishes for both adults and children.
The coffee bar features a duo coffee machine compatible with K-cups and regular coffee pots, with both types of coffee provided. For coffee enthusiasts, there is also an electric burr grinder and a French press, allowing guests to bring their favorite beans or try local recommendations. The stylish living room offers a comfortable space to relax while enjoying views of the surrounding farmland.
The lower level of the home is fully designed as an entertainment space, featuring a second full kitchen, a large dining table, and a spacious sectional with a Roku Smart TV for streaming. This basement is ideal for movie nights and group gatherings.
Guests can also enjoy a wide range of indoor activities, including a pool table, ping pong table, darts, checkers/chess, and various board and card games. A dedicated children’s area includes kids’ board games, books, a toy kitchen, and other toys to ensure the space is enjoyable for all ages.
The outdoor space features a large wraparound porch overlooking the scenic Lancaster County farmland. The porch includes multiple seating areas such as rocking chairs, an outdoor sectional, and a custom-built porch swing bed. A 36" Blackstone griddle is also available for outdoor cooking.
The yard includes a fire pit area with café lighting, Adirondack chairs for both adults and children, and a fully equipped Breeo fire pit with accessories for outdoor cooking. Guests can also enjoy outdoor games and activities throughout the property.
