The neighborhood is peaceful, and guests are expected to respect the quiet environment
No loud parties, loud music, disturbances, or illegal drugs allowed
Alcohol must be kept in moderation on the property

Only the living room fireplace is available for guest use

We take pride in maintaining a beautiful property for our guests to enjoy. We understand that accidents happen, so if damage occurs on the property during your stay, we ask that you be courteous enough to let us know so that we can prepare well for the next guest stay. We collect a security deposit at the time of booking, which will be returned between 7-14 business days after checking out, assuming that no damages were done to the property.
Accommodations
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in this cabin. Two bedrooms have king beds and the bunk room has 2 bunk beds which each have a full mattress on the bottom bunk and a twin mattress on the top bunk. This house can sleep 10 people.
The property includes a main cabin along with a separate small cottage.
In the main cabin, the first floor features a master suite with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
On the second floor, there is a full bathroom, one private bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a loft bedroom that includes one queen-size bed and two full-size beds.
The finished basement includes a sofa bed along with a full-size bathroom, offering additional sleeping and convenience space.
The separate private cottage includes a queen-size bed, providing extra privacy for guests.

The cabin is also conveniently located about 1 hour from Whitetail Ski Resort, Liberty Ski Resort, and Roundtop Mountain Resort. Additionally, it is within 30 minutes of several state parks, including Big Spring State Park, Fowler’s Hollow State Park, and Cowen’s Gap State Park.
