The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and guests are expected to respect the environment
No loud parties, loud music, disturbances, or illegal drugs allowed
Alcohol must be kept in moderation on the property
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM onward
Weddings and large events are not permitted
Retreats or family gatherings may be allowed upon inquiry

Commercial photography and filming are not allowed
Indoor fireplaces are not permitted for guest use due to liability reasons
Pets are not allowed on the property
We take pride in maintaining a beautiful property for our guests to enjoy. We understand that accidents happen, so if damage occurs on the property during your stay, we ask that you be courteous enough to let us know so that we can prepare well for the next guest stay. We collect a security deposit at the time of booking, which will be returned between 7-14 business days after checking out, assuming that no damages were done to the property.
Accommodations
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in this cabin. Two bedrooms have king beds and the bunk room has 2 bunk beds which each have a full mattress on the bottom bunk and a twin mattress on the top bunk. This house can sleep 10 people.
This home can accommodate up to 10 guests and includes 4 bedrooms along with a sofa bed for additional sleeping space.
On the main floor, there are 3 bedrooms, each furnished with queen-size beds. The main floor also features a full bathroom equipped with a bathtub and shower combination.
The second floor includes the master suite, which offers a king-size bed and a private full bathroom for added comfort and privacy.
The basement provides a sofa bed as an additional sleeping area, along with the washer and dryer for guest use.
