House Rules
The neighborhood is peaceful, and guests are expected to respect the quiet environment
No loud parties, loud music, disturbances, or illegal drugs allowed
Alcohol must be kept in moderation on the property
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited
Commercial photography and filming are not allowed
Pets are allowed on the property for an additional fee
Pets are not allowed on furniture
Pets must not be left unattended
A large crate is provided for pet use when guests are away from the house
We take pride in maintaining a beautiful property for our guests to enjoy. We understand that accidents happen, so if damage occurs on the property during your stay, we ask that you be courteous enough to let us know so that we can prepare well for the next guest stay. We collect a security deposit at the time of booking, which will be returned between 7-14 business days after checking out, assuming that no damages were done to the property.
Accommodations
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in this cabin. Two bedrooms have king beds and the bunk room has 2 bunk beds which each have a full mattress on the bottom bunk and a twin mattress on the top bunk. This house can sleep 10 people.
Upon entry, you’ll find an open-concept living room and dining area. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a Roku Smart TV for streaming your favorite accounts. Off the dining area is a small powder room.
The kitchen includes a coffee bar, a fully stocked setup, and stainless steel appliances. A back door from the kitchen leads to the patio, where raised garden beds grow fresh herbs and seasonal flowers. The fully fenced backyard provides a quiet and spacious area to relax.
On the second floor, there is a master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, a TV, and a closet. The full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is also located on this level.
On the third floor, you will find the second bedroom, tucked away and furnished with a queen-size bed.
The basement contains the laundry area. Parking is available on the street with no designated spot, but there is typically ample parking within the block.
