The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and guests are expected to respect the environment
No loud parties, loud music, disturbances, or illegal drugs allowed
Alcohol must be kept in moderation on the property
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM onward
Weddings and large events are not permitted
Retreats or family gatherings may be allowed upon inquiry
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited
Commercial photography and filming are not allowed
Pets are not allowed on the property
We take pride in maintaining a beautiful property for our guests to enjoy. We understand that accidents happen, so if damage occurs on the property during your stay, we ask that you be courteous enough to let us know so that we can prepare well for the next guest stay. We collect a security deposit at the time of booking, which will be returned between 7-14 business days after checking out, assuming that no damages were done to the property.
Accommodations
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in this cabin. Two bedrooms have king beds and the bunk room has 2 bunk beds which each have a full mattress on the bottom bunk and a twin mattress on the top bunk. This house can sleep 10 people.
This property has the capacity to sleep up to 28 guests when the additional bunk house is included. The bunk house is offered separately, allowing smaller groups the option to stay in the main house only at a lower rate.
Groups interested in accommodating up to 28 guests can request a special quote for use of both the main house and the bunk house.
The bunk house includes four bunk beds, each featuring double beds, along with a full bathroom for guest use.

Come stay at this peaceful little cabin located just 10 minutes away from the lovely town of Jim Thorpe. This is the perfect spot for your family to have a weekend getaway. It is nestled into the woods, yet just minutes from the shops and restaurants in downtown Jim Thorpe. Enjoy the cozy cabin with a cup of coffee from the well-stocked coffee bar, or relax outdoors with your family around a peaceful campfire.
Rock Hollow Retreat offers a unique experience that is best enjoyed in person. The property features a pond, pavilion, and expansive outdoor space surrounded by acres of adjoining woodlands, creating a private and scenic retreat atmosphere.
The pavilion includes six picnic tables and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a sink with hot water, two cooking stoves, two refrigerators, a popcorn maker, and basic cooking and grilling supplies. Guests also have access to additional outdoor cooking options, including a gas grill, a Green Egg, and a 36" Blackstone griddle.
The pond area features a large fire pit with complimentary firewood and scenic views. Guests can also enjoy recreational water activities including a canoe, paddleboat, life jackets, a diving board, a slide, and a child-friendly swimming area at one end of the pond.
Additional outdoor amenities include a playground, basketball net, and trampoline, all available for guest use at their own risk.
Inside the main house, guests will find a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room designed for group gatherings. The home also includes a pool table, games, and Wi-Fi for entertainment and relaxation.
The main house has five bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. An optional bunk house is available for an additional fee, offering accommodation for up to 16 more guests, with four bunk beds featuring full-size mattresses on both top and bottom bunks, as well as a full bathroom.
