House Rules
The neighborhood is peaceful, and guests are expected to respect the quiet environment
No loud parties, loud music, disturbances, or illegal drugs allowed
Alcohol must be kept in moderation on the property
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited
Commercial photography and filming are not allowed
Pets are allowed, but limited to 1 pet per wagon due to space constraints
Pets must not climb on furniture or lie on provided blankets
Guests are requested to help maintain clean, fresh bedding and furnishings for all stays
We take pride in maintaining a beautiful property for our guests to enjoy. We understand that accidents happen, so if damage occurs on the property during your stay, we ask that you be courteous enough to let us know so that we can prepare well for the next guest stay. We collect a security deposit at the time of booking, which will be returned between 7-14 business days after checking out, assuming that no damages were done to the property.
Accommodations
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in this cabin. Two bedrooms have king beds and the bunk room has 2 bunk beds which each have a full mattress on the bottom bunk and a twin mattress on the top bunk. This house can sleep 10 people.
Summit Hill Retreat features three covered wagons spread across 40 acres of peaceful natural landscape. The property includes marked trails and lighting that guide guests safely to each wagon while maintaining a private and quiet atmosphere.
Guests are asked to respect the privacy of others by staying out of occupied wagon areas and using designated trails for walking and exploration. There are plenty of scenic paths available throughout the property, and maps (with photos provided in the listing) are available to help guests navigate both the wagons and the trail system.
Please note that there is a short walk from the parking area to each wagon, offering a true nature-immersed arrival experience.
The retreat is designed to feel like a campground with enhanced privacy, offering space, nature, and seclusion between each stay.
