This recently renovated guest suite is setup as part of a larger home in Narvon, PA. We're excited to welcome guests to our hillside oasis to enjoy the beauty of our property both inside and outside. Upon entering the suite, you will find open concept living space complete with a kitchenette, living room area, dining table, additional seating and a king size bed. 

 

The living room is setup with a comfortable couch to cozy up on as you read a book or watch your favorite show on our Smart TV. Whether you're looking to unwind, play some board games or just enjoy good conversation together, this comfortable suite is the place to be. Another sitting area faces the bed, with a reading lamp and unique gallery wall. In the dormer of the suite, you'll find a built in window seat that overlooks the hillside providing a beautiful view of the surrounding farm land. 

 

Room darkening shades throughout the guest suite ensure a good night's rest in the comfortable King size bed. When you are ready to rise you will be delighted by the natural light that streams into this countryside suite, brightening the space as you begin your day. Luggage racks are located at the foot of the bed making for easy unpacking during your stay. 

 

The well stocked kitchenette boasts an air fryer toaster oven with a grill setting, a Nespresso coffee machine, a blender, a full size sink, a hot plate and a mini fridge. In addition to the kitchenette, guests are welcome to use the Blackstone Griddle on the back patio. Dining can take place inside at the charming dining table for two, or out on the back patio to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. 

 

Off of the kitchen, there is a beautifully renovated en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a large double vanity, beautiful natural light coming in from the backyard and a tub/shower. Not only do we provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash, you will also find a rain shower head plus a handheld shower head, making for a truly luxurious experience. This bathroom is located in of side the guest suite and is totally private. There is also a washer/dryer available for guests to use down the hall. 

 

As if the interior of this charming guest suite isn't enough to entice you, you'll be blown away by the beauty of the outdoors at this farmette. With a pony, goats and chickens, guests can expect to see farm animals roaming around in the pasture. This unique property boasts a large patio with woods as its background. Guests have full access to the patio area, whether to enjoy an outdoor meal, make a campfire in the Breeo fire pit or just lounge under the umbrella in the sitting area. 

 

Have you ever wanted to work from a treehouse? The homeowner built a custom treehouse with stairs leading up to a fully enclosed room with a desk and desk chair inside of it. Guests are welcome to use the treehouse as their own private office during their stay. The landscaping of this property alone is enough to make you feel like you've been transported to an oasis. And if you're feeling like you want to enjoy an activity while staying here, there is a pickleball court on the driveway with a net and paddles available upon request.
